This is a beautiful handmade arts and crafts period wooden magazine rack made in the 1900s.

The beaten cooper plate represents the Roman Goddess of truth 'Veritas' ? Hence the writing underneath.

Which means truth and beauty that was the ethics behind the arts and crafts movement.

The rivets are copper the wood is soft for the decorative trims on the top.
