This large and beautiful handmade ceramic jug, displaying a big sunflower caught my eye and I so here it is for someone to reuse it and display it somewhere that can bring a smile to people as it certainly has that effect with me.
There is a maker's mark but I cannot find anyone familiar or famous as the producer/maker but that doesn't mean the person isn't well known somewhere out there and if you happen to notice or know that makers mark, please do let me know.
I would say this was either a one off or limited makes due to the detail and maker's mark. I say it from around the 80's or even nineties due to the style that was popular back then, organic, and non-glossy.
This item is in excellent condition and is large but light in weight.
