Japanese Chokin Art Cylinder Vase circa 1980's

This isn't rare of style but is beautiful and is originally from Japan ceramic and 24 carrot gold painted the scene is of flowers with gold trims all around the top and bottom.

It has no damage or signs of ware so this would make a lovely vase for flowers or be used as a storage pot for pens or paint brushes ?.

It weighs 301grames and is 6 inches high by 3 inches round.
