I was lucky enough to be sold these two beautiful Minton, dinner serving dishes these particular two date right back from circa 1891 to 191the genuity and history of them both.
Can you imagine what beautiful food they held and who they were sat in front of over the decades, if only they could talk!
There are no major cracks or chips or hair lines the most you can see is the gold gilt trim around the lids and top of the bowls the slight ware and paint flakes. One handle has been worn very slightly please see the pictures to clarify.
I am selling them as pair because they came together to me, and I would love them to carry on their journey to a new home or business together.
These would have once been part of a much larger collection of this dinner service so seeing two together in such attractive shape is becoming rarer as time goes by. 1873 to 1912MINTONS Standard print mark with crown added. England added from 1891 until 1912. The patent no is 14095 to carry on your research of these lovely old things.
